Dancers & Gymnasts can work 1:1 with Emily and receive individualized coaching via the CMC app.
Before beginning mental performance coaching, you'll need to schedule a FREE initial evaluation. Parents are requested to accompany minors to the initial evaluation. Please plan for the evaluations to last 40-45 minutes.
The CMC app is a communication-based coaching platform that allows Emily to work closely with each athlete. It is NOT just an educational app filled with generic information.
The app provides the structure and tools to support:
- Daily check-ins
- Personalized “assignments” sent from me based on the athlete’s needs
- Interactive features to practice mental skills and receive real-time feedback
- Two-way communication
- Individualized mental training plans
- Progress tracking and accountability
- And so much more

Mental skills improve the same way physical skills do...through consistent practice and timely feedback. Coaching via the CMC app allows athletes to actively engage with their mental training on a daily basis, take more ownership of their progress, and receive quicker feedback from Emily when it matters most.
Instead of waiting days for a scheduled session, athletes can check in, reflect, and adjust in real time. This leads to stronger habits, better self-awareness, and more lasting results.
The app allows athletes to communicate with Emily as things are happening (through text, photos, audio, & video) so support is available when it’s most useful.
Between training, school, competitions, cross-training, physical therapy, rest, and family time...high-level athletes have some of the craziest schedules. This new & improved way of coaching removes the pressure of trying to fit one more weekly appointment into an already packed schedule.
Mental training becomes something that fits into an athlete’s day...not something they have to rearrange their life for. Taking the stress of scheduling out of the equation makes it easier to stay consistent with one's training, leading to even better results.
This new way of training allows athletes to receive high-quality, individualized coaching at a lower monthly investment than traditional weekly 1:1 sessions, which can often total $500 or more per month. The focus shifts from paying for time to investing in consistent support, accountability, and long-term development.
This is not a self-guided program, online course, or AI-based system. Athletes receive 1:1 coaching from Emily, with individualized mental training plans, personalized assignments, and direct communication. The app is simply the platform that allows the work between Emily & the athlete to be more flexible, responsive, and effective.
The app is currently available in the United States. We're working hard to bring the app to Europe, Australia, and Canada next!

STEP ONE
Schedule a FREE mental performance evaluation. Evaluations can be conducted in-person for those local to the DFW area, or via video call for those in other states/countries.

STEP TWO
Emily will create a training plan tailored specifically for the athlete based on their needs, current focus points, upcoming schedule, goals, etc.
Once this has been created, an agreement will be sent via email for review.
STEP THREE
Once the agreement has been signed, Emily will start the onboarding process to get the athlete set up within the CMC app.
Once the athlete has access to the app, the training can begin! Training is delivered via our app through custom assignments, interactive features, consistent feedback, and ongoing communication.
PRICING INFORMATION
Initial Commitment (Required):
$250/month for the first 4 months
A 4-month minimum commitment is required to begin coaching. Mental performance skills take time to develop and apply consistently. This commitment ensures athletes receive the structure, repetition, and feedback needed for real progress — not just short-term motivation.
Ongoing Training (After Initial Commitment):
$150/month
Following the completion of the first 4 months, the cost of ongoing coaching will decrease to $150/month (price will adjusted automatically)

The athlete needs to be old enough and mature enough to understand and apply the concepts and skills discussed. Generally speaking, 11-12 year olds are at a "sweet spot" to begin mental performance coaching. That said, every athlete is different and occasionally kids who are a bit younger are still ready and able to begin. If you are unsure, feel free to submit the inquiry form on the contact page or schedule a free initial evaluation. The athlete does need to be able to access & use the CMC app consistently for best results, so we highly recommend downloading the app to the athlete's personal phone.
Parents are encouraged to accompany minors during the initial evaluation. We also ask that you avoid scheduling during times that you will be in the car. While it may seem convenient to connect on the way to rehearsal or practice, in-car video calls often cut out or freeze which wastes valuable time. We want every minute to be productive and a strong, stable connection makes that possible. Thanks in advance for understanding!
Because mental performance coaching is truly a form of coaching/training, we are unable to accept insurance. Mental performance coaching is NOT a form of "treatment" for anything diagnosable, therefore there are no diagnosis or treatment codes to submit to insurance.
Champion Mindset provides mental performance coaching services for dancers & gymnasts. We are not currently taking new athletes of any other sports.
